Mushroom spores of Thai

This strain was collected by mycologist John Allen during an expedition to Koh Samui island in Thailand and represents one of many varieties discovered in that region. While it shares similarities with the popular "Koh Samui" strain, Thai has a number of distinguishing features that make it an interesting subject for mycological research.

The fruiting bodies of the Thai strain develop large, rounded caps that gradually flatten out over time, and when fully mature, may even become slightly convex. These traits make it a visually distinctive and easily recognizable strain within the "Psilocybe cubensis" species.

One of Thai's main advantages is its high resistance to contamination. It can thrive in environments with limited sterility and produces reliable yields, particularly across successive flushes. Due to its resilience and stability, the strain is suitable for both beginner and experienced mycologists.
